Teleservice – Technology company

The brief

Teleservice is a leading technology and IT-company in the southeast of Skåne. They have an extensive network infrastructure that provides over 13,000 internet connections to households and businesses. Teleservice distribute TV broadcasts, provide telephone connections and help businesses set-up and manage their entire IT needs.

As Teleservice was going through one of their biggest organisational changes since its start in the 70s, they approached Dexera to help with the development of a new visual communication profile. This included designing and building a new website, revamping their logo and a creating a new graphical profile, as well as implementing the new visual branding through internal and external communications.

Our approach

Teleservice as a company has a great history, so it was important to us that though the new look and feel should communicate ‘fresh and modern’, the visual brand should be recognisable, in respect to the company’s heritage. We started by learning how Teleservice had communicated visually in the past and worked on updating the various elements to new ideas, always keeping in mind the history of the company.

We also produced a logo launch video to show the transition from the old logo to the new one. On the video, we showed the breadth of Teleservice’s services and offerings by having the leaders of the different departments present their areas to the viewers. We also included several areas of the company at work in short fast-paced sequence. The video was used at the launch conference of the new visual branding as well as online for social media and on the new website.

To help build a consistent look and feel for the different areas of the company, we also developed an icon set that can be used in various places to aid in a clear communication.

The website is very content-rich and loaded with clear visual elements. On the two entry pages, we filmed small sequences of video to draw in web visitors into the new, modern site.
